Health Visitor – various opportunities across Bristol – flexible hours – part time and full time roles
We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our community based Health Visiting Teams in the Children’s Community Healthcare Partnership (CCHP), of which Bristol Community Health is a key provider.
We have a combination of part-time and full-time opportunities based across our various Bristol community hubs. Our 22 Health Visiting teams work within very diverse population and health needs across Bristol and every caseload mix is different. We can match you with the right team to develop your professional interests.
Successful candidates will be joining a leading organisation that is forward thinking and encouraging of innovative practice.You will have the opportunity to contribute to our evidence-based practice groups for each of the 6 Early Years Public Health Priorities, as well as working to develop and strengthen our collaborations with Public Health Bristol and Early Years Services.

Who You Are
You’ll deliver care in the home as well as clinic and community settings therefore you must be organised, be able to prioritise and manage your time.
You are a self-motivated individual with a strong team ethos, who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You’ll demonstrate clinical expertise, strong awareness of clinical and information governance and be adaptable to change and service development.
As a Health Visitor you’ll have membership to Institute of health visiting to assist you in your development and the delivery of the HV service.
