As well as helping within communities, we also provide, school nursing, diabetes support, physiotherapy, prison healthcare and many more services. In doing so, we focus on improving healthcare in the community for the benefit of all.

We’re proud that we’re a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit social enterprise. As a social enterprise, we trade for social and environmental benefit. Our profits are not distributed to shareholders, but are rather re-invested back into our organisation to consistently improve upon the services we provide – re-investment that will help people live healthier lives.

Because we’re a social enterprise, we can be more flexible in our approach. We also welcome innovation which helps us to deliver better care – for example, all of our community nurses use mobile working, which reduces bureaucracy and frees up time to care. At the same time, we align to the NHS’s Agenda for Change principles, allowing us to offer the attractive pension scheme and the same salary scales that would be expected from NHS organisations.
