Where you’ll work

HMP Eastwood Park is a female remand prison catering for approximately 400 women. Within the prison we help to provide a dedicated and modern Healthcare Centre, where we aim to provide holistic care to patients in prisonequal to that they would have a right toin a community setting. This service is integrated with our colleagues at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership, and offers general nursing and physco social interventions, within a recovery focused model.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse, for 37.5 hours per week.The successful applicant will be expected to cover a range of shift patterns, as we provide a 24 hour service.This band 6 post is one of 3 band 6 roles, and willfocus specificallyon the management of the Substance Misuseteam, assisting those with drug and alcohol abuse issues. You’ll also help insupporting the residential unit.
