Are you an enthusiastic, motivated, team player who is looking for a new challenge? We are a multi-professional team consisting of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. Our pace is fast moving and our clinical caseload is diverse providing a city wide service including primary and secondary care with a rotational element.
REACT (Rapid Emergency Assessment Care Team) work across the emergency zone of Southmead Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary. This includes ED, Medical Assessment Unit, Surgical Assessment Unit and short stay wards. The remit of this ‘Front Door’ team is to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate early hospital discharge. We work closely with the Rapid Response Team in the community and other services in our neighbouring localities.
We are looking for a Band 6 Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with previous relevant experience who is interested in joining our innovative service.
We are a dynamic, forward thinking team with a strong emphasis on teaching and development.
You will work in a supportive environment where we are committed to ongoing clinical development and education. You will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and competencies utilised by the multi-disciplinary team across both primary and secondary care, in order to meet the ever changing needs of our patients.
