Our Creative Therapies team is made up of Art, Music and Drama Therapists. Using art, music or drama we work with individuals and groups, helping both children and adults with learning disabilities and complex emotional needs to express feelings and experiences which are difficult to put into words. The team work across our various Bristol Community Health bases, in schools and other community settings.
Our Therapists manage, prioritise and review clinical caseloads. This requires highly specialised clinical skills and expertise in carrying out assessments and referring patients to other disciplines where appropriate.
Here, every day is different but also rewarding, and you’ll get to work with and learn from colleagues. The diversity of our patients and range of services means you’ll also get to use and build on all your skills, supported by regular one-to-ones to help you grow as a clinician.
We look for Creative Therapists who are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have an approved master’s degree in art, music or drama therapy.
